Let me explain a bit more: this is for a client (I'm never taking on another client again, just going to do my own sites from now on). I already got him more links than he asked for which cost me money out of pocket. Now he doesn't want to pay because the PR1-3 isn't on the actual page where the link is. He's only paying me $100 for this work and since I've already lost money on this I need something ultra cheap.
