We fucked up with people? By doing what dedicating 100% of our time on working around the clock trying to help out as many people as we can? XSV is right we did not ask for it. RCN came to us for help and we have been doing just that. HELPING to restore clients. If you are not happy with our progress GO somewhere else, I don't respect people who ask you for help and then spit in your face while you're helping them up.

We promised to get everyone up who came to us, and we are intending on keeping that promise. Everyone who came to us and decided to go with us have been going up in the past 48 hours and are going up as we speak. Obviously it's a daunting process and we are doing what we can.
