The first 10 to 15 days of a diet can be difficult. I have done more than 10 in 15 years. The temptation when trying out a diet especially if its your first attempt can be tough on you. However good luck, try to stick to it and exercise a lot without over doing it and once you lose the pounds you wanted to, don't stop the exercising and avoid feasts
I fall for it every time and after 3 months of diet 18 months later I have it all back on me.
