Well actually my mother-in-law is having problems with her computer. She is getting popup after popup from a website called

I installed adware 6.0 it cant stop it. I installed a new copy of Norton's so it scans incoming and outgoing email, but the anitvirus when checking files for Trojans and shit cant find nothing. Can someone tell me something to kill this problem.
