As I said, I wanted to apologize to her at the start of the next school year, but she had moved away. I tried to contact her before, but was only able to locate her after she joined facebook. The 35 year old wound was also mine.
But honestly, my daughter getting picked on at school did make it all more tangible to me. Having children of your own really makes you see lots of things about yourself differently. I think its human nature.
