Yes, their card (assuming it's from the US bank) appears to be insured while the others aren't as far as we can tell. Paxum uses a Canadian bank for the wallet so that's insured as well... But I don't have a clue what banks CashX uses for the wallet so have no idea... They made some vague comment about it depending on where you lived when I asked.

The big boy on the block though I think is emc2payouts.. I think they said that their primary bank is BOA. They have some awesome options like being able to load other prepaid cards (Payoneer, Paxum etc.) from your account and also transfering to your bank in a lot of different countries as opposed to doing a wire transfer.
The thing about different cards I believe was pointed out by Terry on here. He said something along the lines of they are working on different options, not issuing from different banks.

I'm pretty sure the meaning behind that is if you are in canada you can order a canadian dollar account, us will be USD, if you are in europe you can order a EURO card etc. And I'm pretty sure that was something he said was being arrange or sorted or in the pipeline.

I couldn't say 100% because I don't know myself.

CashX.com states they are a registered money transfer business in Canada. Paxum isn't and they even stated that on here, so I'm not sure where that leaves them.

CashX also allows direct bank transfers, just like paypal and emc2payouts. no need for wires. Lots of other load options from cashx aswell.
