weetabix with a glass of OJ for breakfast leads to some well formed stools that pass easily. If you need to thicken things up try milk too. If im hitting the weights hard I drink 4 pints or so a day for the extra protein and damn that leads to some heavy black logs. Think it must be the calcium bulking them up lol.
