I just called the bank for the first time. I have 2 accounts, 1 for gf [gift acc] w ~2.5k and mine w ~7.5k [+-200]. both accounts are blocked, and now they requested docs for my gf's acc too... 6 days ago i got the email about they are reviewing my docs and will lmk. They did not ask for more docs via the phone, they told me i should just sit and wait and send docs for the other account. mine has an expired card, they confirmed the virtual card will be activated again soon, they also gave me the new cvv2
so hopefully i will be able to access my funds in a few days.. btw: anyone knows the online shopping limit??
The chick on the phone seemed kind and helpful, i am disappointed in a positive way.
