Act like she is dead. NEVER call her for any reason. Stop hanging out with mutual friends or places. Get rid of all tangible things in your flat/house that connects you both together ie., pictures to bedsheets.

Being in my early 40's I've had a lot great women (far more then I deserved) in my life and probably the only one on this board (or few) that actually had to sign a prenuptial when I got married. In short, I married into money.
The formula:
1.NEVER, cry or complain. Be a man and that complaining shit is for pussies. It's hard, most can't do it but NEVER complain about anyone or anything in front of her. In Short, say nothing if being negative is the only alternative.
2. NEVER, be a lazy fat fucking webmaster. If you work out of the house always shower and dress if you were going to work. If she has to leave for her job you've been branded the house bitch, deal with it. In short, I cook dinner everyday or make arrangements for dinner. Also, all mechanical maintenance, trash, yard, etc. are done/arranged instantly when needed. In short, my wife has never filled her tank, changed the oil, or washed her car in the last 3 years.
3. 4-5 days before her period you fuck her like a crazed bunny rabbit, then turn on the affection for next 3 days and then stay out of her way for the rest. Rinse repeat.
Finally, always keep yourself in shape or make a visible effort. The key to keeping a good relationship is having them convinced you don't need them to be happy in life even if it's almost an absurd illusion. Women always want what they can't have and for damn sure don't want another to have whats theirs.
