I'm happy to see new rules - I appreciate that some people like to blow off steam, however, this is a place that ultimately exists for business to get done. I don't like to see hateful posts about religion, race, sexual orientation. Although subjective, I find it usually very easy to determine by context of post and thread what is merely joking around and joking around in bad taste/judgment versus truly hateful.
