Just curious: Anyone else get a "payment Postponed" message from webcams.com?

I don't really promote webcams, but - as is the nature of a true blog - I promote 100's of sites over time. I get a few sales with each new post and - as time goes by - those sales taper off to nothing. Or, in this case, about one sale per year.

Between August 2005 and March 2006 I made 5 blog posts about webcams.com. Got paid regularly and on time - no problems.

In late 2008, sales completely dried up. C'est la vie.

Shit happens, and I finally hit their $100 minimum last December. I sent off this ticket in March 2010:

Ok, fair enough.

In the time since that ticket, Epass died. I updated my payment information about a month ago.

In the meantime, a stranger stumbled upon my archives. Thanks to him or her, I managed to garner another $25 free lifetime sale from a post I made 4 years ago. I thought I was going to get paid. Yay!

Alas:

I have no idea what the 1969-2008 shit means, but that's the way my stats look. Apparently, I owe webcams.com $1.50 for a cheque that was never sent. WTF?

I am really tired of being "minimum payment-ed" to death.

I've sent an email and a ticket without response. Hence, this post.
