Ok, I'm going to post urls of the sites that send traffic to this sponsor. Please tell me how to improve my conversions.

So, here is the the top 12 referrers. How can I improve my ratio? Its a screencap because I'm not looking to send any link juice to these sites.

Be advised that I own none of these sites.
