Ok, I am here and first, you signed up Oct 13, which is less then 2 weeks ago. On Oct 13, you uploaded you photo ID, "your driver's license" and it was rejected because You "blanked" out all the information that we need to identify you! So what Do you want us to do??? To this day, you have not submitted proper photo ID, so this is why your account is still unverified.

Secondly, if you have not received your address verification letter in the mail, well we apologize as these things happen, and I will have one out to you in the morning, but this does NOT hold you up from receiving funds in your account! You can easily reach us through our support message system from within your CashX account. If you do not want to use that then you can send us an email at support [at] cashx dot com.

"Not a great first impression I must say" ... Well, I am not sure how to say this, but You are the first person in over 2 years that I have seen that submitted their Photo ID that had all the numbers "Blanked" out! No agency is going to approve this document, and as we follow FinCen / BSA guidelines we must adhere to them. If you do not wish to show the numbers on your Photo ID, there is not much we can do to verify you CashX account, sorry.
