The girls in our studio get paid in cash after signing all kinds of papers. We have some model acquisition sites and also advertise locally. My GF is running the house and shoot the models.
I'm more busy with management of all and our tech team.

Not really because our cams will be integrated in the model sites and all will be counted for.

For sure, we already do this with our current affiliate program, we can give affiliates and later also performers who want to have their own site or content provider custom %

Most of the girls all have a Twitter and FB account to keep in touch with their fans and scout for new members. We just provide them the tools so they can do their own marketing.

Yeah that sounds fair, we do already shoot content from our current models and we will shoot/design and cross promote their own site.
