There are snapshots showing him putting on gloves in my garage. He had one on when he entered, then put the second glove on after he entered.

Then they show him wheeling the 4 wheeler outside and closing the garage door.

The trouble is they were taken with a $100 chinese IP camera, and are only 640 X 480. He told my friend that still photos can't be used as evidence as they can be photoshopped. I was stupid enough not to secure the device recording the video, which I have already corrected, so that is my fault.

Sounds like if you don't get fingerprints then they just write the whole case off. Once they seen the photos of him with the gloves on, I think they just gave up.
