I have been with them something like 6-7 years now, and I can't say I have ever had any real major issues. It's not to say things have not come up, but they are typically resolved fairly quickly. Which is all I expect or ask.

OK, that's great and I've also used them for 6-7 years, but that doesn't
mean something cannot stop working today.
