Martyrs and Inside are two great french horror movies. Not as scary as the above 4, but still very scary AND sick.

Serbian Movie scary? Not at all. Fucking sick, very much so
One of the few movies I had to stop. Didn't enjoy it at all either. And I normally love gory, sick horror.
