It starts with sending detailed information to the correct email address for starters. Then when something is not resolved in 24 business hours, following the proper escalation process. Which does not include GFY.
While many think these companies simply hawk over GFY all day because you opt to spend all of your time here is simply not correct. Many do not even visit here any more, much less actively post. So thinking that GFY will be a good support channel for all companies is fodder.
That said, I have had issues at times with
any company I have worked with. However, I followed the chain of command and provided detailed emails, and it was always resolved. Then again, maybe it's simply a matter of patience and procedure on my end. I dunno.
