well its not rocket science for anybody whose taken any kind of accounting or marketing to understand that merging them together results in increased time productivity. Increased time productivity is translated into profitability. If that time productivity is also more enhanced, than your ROI on that time is even greater. Making your profitability not just a result of increased work done, but work that is targeted. Reducing things that are not profitable to your system.
I'm not going to go into details about the 4.1 system, but I don't think its a difficult thing to correlate increased performance with profit. Its pretty much the end function of performance.
