Also reminds me of a story around here. A guy caught Indians from the rez robbing his variety store / gas station.

He shot their tires out as they drove away, and he was charged for it. He was facing prison time, but luckily the indians never showed up as witnesses for the trial, so the case was dismissed.

We are not allowed to shoot people that rob us around here, even if they break into our homes in the middle of the night and we fear for our safety.
