I couldn't laugh. Her parents are very unfunny people. I think her mom was crying kind of quietly to herself. It smelled really foul, like one of those thick sour bad spoiled egg smells that won't go away, it was permeating the air and almost sticking to the walls. No one could speak for what seemed like hours even tho' it was only minutes. Her brother has down syndrome and I tried to play it off like he did it, but that kinda blew up in my face because they have him on a special diet so his farts always smell the same.
maybe I should get them some bunny slippers or something.
