All you have to do is refine your mind's vibrational frequency tuning abilities, in essence giving your mind (non-optically) the ability to see (tune into) that part of the electromagnetic spectrum outside of the 450 Trillion/sec (red) to 750 Trillion/sec (violet) visibile light range. The dimensional state of consciousness they are in is an extremely high vibrational state, since they are without a physical body, and operate as brain wave consciousnesses only, and are vibrating outside of the optical light frequencies on the electromagnetic spectrum.
Its also possible to communicate with them telepathically. Although this requires extreme skills in adjusting your brain's alpha and theta harmonic frequencies into a combination which temporarily lifts your connective consciousness into a perceptive state within your non-connected universal conscious frequency.
