never feel bad about coming to a webmaster board when you have not been paid. I of course am a little diff. I would never let it go 1 month, let alone 1 year like you.
I email a few times, have my admin person send the invoice 2 times, and if I don't get a response or payment in about 2 weeks, I come out online.
When you buy a tv, or get your house painted, the work is done, payment should come asap. No excuses accepted.
Once in a great while someone might say todd, I need an extra couple days to pay, I say np, thanks for being respectful and asking.
99.8% of customers always pay the day the design project is done, or withing 1-2 days, most all webmasters are super about there invoices that are due.
