I wouldn't judge any other culture, just not something I do. However in the instances posted here I think there are health concerns that should be taken into account. Culture is one thing, public health and safety is another.
This is not sarcasm but with the amount of money that is pouring into India in the global economy their government could and should improve conditions there dramatically
