www.iwantitlikethis.com has recently launched. It is - as far as I know - unique and new. Takes interactive porn DVD idea and puts it online.
So you can instantly skip to the part you want to see, and can put together custom playlists with (for example) no anal if you don't like anal. Or all cumshots. etc etc.
Not saying for one second it will fix all the problems in the world, but it's at least something that is new.
