thanks for the contribution guys... when i look at my boss, i noticed that he try not to outshine his superior. I feel kinda sad that he can't unleash his potential just like how I can't unleash mine...
In the end of the day, whoever has superior management skill will do well in the corporate world... Regardless of how much or little technical skill he has in the field, as long as they know the right way to slave the juniors who are smarter than them, they will be compensated well in long run...
