No, but you can find someone that doesn't know shit but is able to communicate with tickets in under 24 hours. 24 minutes is a long fucking time when your site is offline.
Customer - "My site is down wtf?"
$8 an hour rep - "I am sorry sir. I am going to rush this over to tech support so they can get you back online. I will update as information is available.
Rep delivers important message, site is fixed.

$8 an hour rep - "Sure, I will have someone do that for you."
Rep puts non time critical task in pile of other non critical tasks to be completed as time permits.
THIS WAY, PEOPLES FUCKING SITES ARE NOT OFFLINE FOR 24 FUCKING HOURS OR MORE BECAUSE THE HOST IS INCOMPETENT.
