Something also pretty easy-

Get a carton of black mission or brown turkey figs (i like brown turkey best)

if you eat meat take figs and wrap in prosuitto ham and bake in the oven for a little bit

if you don't eat meat slice figs in half and top with cheese before putting in the oven. Manchego is always a good choice.
