There are some very good sponsor listed above. Keep in mind what's best converting for someone may not work for you at all. Conversion these days are complex and can be influence by many factors such as your trades.
Keeping this response simply, if you promote micro-niches you'll find their conversion ratios are amazing, but you may not get an abundant amount of traffic or clicks than say something like 'anal' niche.
