So...I've been trying to renew a couple of domains that I have with Moniker for 3 days now.
They've hit my account 3 times for the funds, but then give me the error that my address or zip code is incorrect (it's not). I now have 2 days until I lose my domains.
So I call their support number. The message informs me that they're available 24/7 via
http://help.moniker.com, and that their phone support is available from 9am to 9pm EST. It's 8pm EST and instead of being able to talk to someone....they asked me to leave a message and told me they would get back to me in 4-6 hours.
Anyone from Moniker wanna explain to me why I shouldn't just go to another registrar?
