Another scenario - somebody opens a dispute and expains to paypal that something went wrong, gives all the details and they discover it was adult transaction. I hope one thing stopping him from doing that is that he would get his account frozen as well?

Guys with frozen accounts because of that - could you post how did paypal find out you were doing adult transactions?

Why would you put something adult related in the subject? Again, that's just asking for trouble.
