This is right, with google keywords people need to use the "exact" match option which is available to the left after the initial results have been populated.

Most people leave the setting on "Broad".

I won't go into too much detail on the difference of these results as it will be a very long winded read, all people need to try and remember is that the "exact" match option needs to be used
