If you were going to make a point, make it about the unnecessary Iraq war, not the torture. I bet if you were the president and your back was against the wall, having to decide between the welfare of your nation and its people or the welfare of one jackass who wants to end your nation and kill its people, you would have made the same decision.

Obama doesn't want him prosecuted for the torture stuff because he probably knows that if he winds up in the same circumstances, he'd be answering "fo shizzle" too.
