Except that germany was on the wrong path to developing nukes and even with more time they would have still failed (at least not done it first) Apparently the russians got most of their info of one of their spys who helped the americans on the manhatten project and not at all from the mostly useless german info.

Now rockets is an entirly different thing, they were the leaders and the russians and americans took all the good rocket scientists after the war. The guy who made all the american space rockets for the most part was a german - the guy who made the v1 and v2 rockets.
