Those are the absolute slums of India; a place where millions of people are stuffed with no government services/sanitation, no food and no clothing. It has everything to do with poverty you blithering schmuck.
Did you think the local coroner would rush over there when 10s of thousands die everyday of malnutrition and disease? No, those people have no choice, those pictures are of the most impoverished people in the world.
