Just wanted to mention that
Compared to the old Visa Virtual/Visa Electron of ePass the Prepaid MC I got from Paxum and another one from a different e-wallet are so superior. I mean, my experience was that in more than 50% of the cases of online purchases, my ePass cards got declined. And they were not working with Paypal.
With those MC's I never had any decline so far. Working at every damn online shop, with adult processors and even Paypal. Awesome!
