My timeline:
- October 7: sent e-mail, no reply.
- October 11: sent a new e-mail, no reply.
- October 21: sent another e-mail, same day reply asking me to fill form and send docs.
- October 22: sent e-mail with form and docs.
- October 25: received a reply saying that they are reviewing the docs.
- October 29: received ANOTHER reply saying that they are reviewing the docs (same message).
- November 5: still no news.
I'm not happy.
