best thing to do in the future is, before you rasterize, make a duplicate of the layer and then just hide it, in case you need to back the train up, you'll have the original.

Correct, I was able to make a new piece of text to add it up to the right of my existing rasterized logo. I just am not that handy with PS so I was trying to figure out how to shrink the existing logo layer a bit.
