Al Qaeda is a CIA/ISI creation. Completely discredited as any sort of legitimate threat to anyone.

Also, don't you think the leap backwards from taking responsibility for 9/11 to a unspectacular "mail bomb plot" would be a HUGE STEP BACKWARDS??? I mean how embarrassing is that...?
