On set we usually refer to that as "fucking straight to pop". In cases where the male is comfortable doing it, we usually have a brief duscussion before we shoot the pop where I block out how and in which direction the female has to spin around quickly to catch the pop shot on her face or tongue at a good camera angle. Especially if she is a newbie, so that way it all happens smoothly in the one and only take we are going to get!
