This part cracked me up, your free signup ratio improved a whopping 2 uniques and you think that signified a major improvement on your quality of traffic?
It sounds like to me most of your income came because you got incredibly lucky and referred some whale affiliates. More and more programs are finding corners to cut and don't want to pay out webmaster referral commissions when you can't make it yourself as an affiliate.
