Does anyone think they told him otherwise?

well considering i produced a proven example of a user who got banned for TOS violation and still had a video up
https://youtube.com/watch?v=wCdB8...eature=related
only a world class moron would believe that a good lawyer would ever come to the conclusion
"Yes you can take down the videos of those who break your TOS. Just like Youtube do."

Problem is, Nathan knows if they start removing the 1000s and 1000s of videos their uploaders put up there, their tubes would be done in a matter of a few weeks, and they can't do that. So.... more BS about they won't say anything and it's back to business, as usual, as expected. Nothing has changed.
Based on them banning a user if he has multiple violations, I personally could remove over 5000 videos if they deleted their uploads as well. Imagine how fast they would crumble if everyone went at them?
You're a lying sack of shit Nathan.

you need to hire another lawyer, if you showed him the post where i proved that youtube doesn't remove all the videos when they bann an account
and he still said that nat could do it "like youtube" does then he is a world class moron of a lawyer.
BTW you just saw evidence that your youtube doesn't remove all the videos of a banned account and your still sticking with that baldface lie.
you might want to look in the mirror when calling someone a lying sack of shit.
