Premium accounts = surfers that stay on the website. The best tube site is one that sends the surfer to a sponsor where you make MONEY. If you want to make friends then sure, you need premium accounts.

User uploads = 99.5% of users don't own their own content so we're talking about uploading copyright content, if you want that on your site without 2257 docs them it's your ass it trouble.
