funny i know you didn't fill out the paper work to get the reason for each videos banning, because if you did you would know youtube covers their ass better than anyone

bullshit you can't TOS your legal liablities to th law, youtube covers their ass for everything better than anyone, they always have someone else to blame for all their actions, they never take down shit unless they have something else to point to
a law that is unequivically being broken (and no copyright infringement is not unequivalent because of fair use)

if the you could basically say fuck you to the law just because of TOS
eharmony would have been sued by gay and lesbian groups for deciding to segment the market with their services.
they own a patent on martix math for dating, and as a result no gay/lesbian dating site can match you on 29 points of compatibility and they got sued because their TOS violated the law.
