The payment in question never dumped due to the fact that minimum payment was not met. So its perfectly normal that the system didn't dump the amount. However with the program closed for further joins you are indeed right that you would never have the chance to even cross that line.
All this to say...
Your check is on its way. We have doubled the amount on it due to the inconvenience this may have caused you.
