No offense or anything, but I completely disagree.
50 is a marketer through and through...and he knows what his audience wants and what his audience expects.
Do you think he could continue to have a huge, loyal following if he put all his money into a 401k, wore GAP clothing, and drove around in a Smart Car?
The guy has made SERIOUS money from some of his investments and the deals he has brokered...and he knows what he is doing.
All that video last week was is basically a highly converting, well thought out landing page intended to go viral and get him for facebook/twitter/life followers.
