Yep i liked the opening when he's in the hospital room unconscious for a long time, then he wakes up and can't find anyone in the streets of London....oh wait a second, that was 28 Days Later;)
It's derivative but its above average TV stuff.
on edit - or did 28 Days Later writer rip off the Walking Dead writer....hehe
