Customer who cant remeber there
login and password writes via EMAIL...

"My name is XXXX I an unable to do this order on the computer. It has already wasted one hour of my time. You have all my information on file. I do not understand or remember passwords. I just want me order ...no passwords. It is in the computer all filled out but you won't let me thru.Please do something about this problem.I love your service from NY but I am too old for this process." ......(OK We get it , I reset the user/pass to something simple and sent a password reset as well)

Then she writes:

After this email we had a rep call them and take the info again over the phone and told em nicely never to send CC info like she just did...She ordered in the past but we dont store the CC info on our servers, just the basic User Details...
