You make a valid point, but lets think for a second. Just because someone has become successful and makes more money then 90% of Americans they should cover the tax bill? Don't get me wrong I think what I am getting taxed at my income is a joke but does not mean I want someone richer to pay it for me.

I am sure the number of people on this board who make more than $250k p/year can be counted on one hand, so it makes no sense whatsoever.

It reminds me of the folks living in trailer parks with Bush/Cheney bumper stickers, like that administration ever gave a flying fuck about them.

This board is filled with fake players galore!

Besides, if the tax breaks for the rich expire, they will still get a tax break for all money earned UP TO $250k, so the reduced tax break scenario would still apply to EVERYONE, including the rich (up to $250K).

Those who bitch about fiscal responsibility and unpaid debt on one hand, and are FOR the UNFUNDED tax breaks on the other hand, are just totally unabashed hypocrites.

Remember, these tax breaks have been in place for years now, and the economy is in the toilet, so to say they are good for the economy and job gains, is patently absurd!

How many jobs were gained over the 8 Bush years again? A big fucking ZERO!
