A bot is a program or script that can reply to a post on a forum with completely irrelevant nonsense, usually in a very random seeming way and in one giant paragraph. In the case of forum posting this usually ends up with posts appearing to have been written by a slightly naïve gerbil. Outsourcing or sub-servicing often refers to the process of contracting to a third-party.
